OBJECTIVES
Following this CME activity, participants to will be able to:
     1. Identify the Quality (Core) Measures used by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC) to guage how an entity provides care to its patients.
     2. Identify the changes to current Quality (Core) Measures and new measures for 2012.
     3. Identify improvement opportunities for Affinity HEalth System (AHS) within the Quality (Core) Measures.

TARGET AUDIENCE
Primary care physicians and other interested specialists and allied health professionals.
